In addition to condominium and association management, WPS Inc. provides commercial property management services for office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties.

Scott Hutchinson, Vice President
Scott Hutchinson oversees operations and management for WPS Inc. Over his 16+ year career, Scott has worked in commercial real estate development, project management, investment, title insurance and brokerage. Scott leverages his extensive commercial real estate experience to guide WPS Inc. and its clients in making decisions to maintain and enhance their properties while always looking ahead to ensure relevance for future generations. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Arizona.
Jayne Severyns, Controller
Jayne Severyns oversees financial operations for WPS Inc., its affiliated companies, and properties under management. Jayne is a licensed CPA in Washington State and has worked in property management for the last 12 years and prior to joining WPS Inc. she was in public accounting. She brings 35+ years of accounting experience at all levels to her position as controller.
Eric Featherstone, General Manager
Eric Featherstone has over 20 years of association management experience and 25 years of personnel management. A native of California, Eric served eight years with the California Army National Guard as a combat engineer. He attended California State University of Chico in Business Management, and completed his bachelors in Business Information Systems and Technology. Eric received the "Certified Association Executive" (CAE) credentials from the American Society of Association Executives and is also a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program at the University of Notre Dame. He handles all aspects of association management including strategic planning, financial management and budgets, and personnel supervision.
Ginger Rodgers, Administrative Assistant, CMCA
Ginger Rodgers has over 30+ years of combined experience in commercial property and portfolio management. She excels in working with a variety of owners and tenants on both the management and transaction side of real estate.
Brigitte Cooper, Associations Coordinator, Managing Broker
Brigitte has worked for WPS Inc. for over twenty years. Brigitte supports internal operations for WPS Inc. and affiliated companies. Brigitte is also a Managing Broker for Associated Realty LLC, providing clients with brokerage service when purchasing residential and time share properties.
Richard Belling Sr., Staff Accountant
Richard Belling has spent his career in corporate and property management. His experience includes managerial and financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Richard directly supports the Controller and is involved in all aspects of accounting and special financial projects of WPS Inc.
